Shawn Flaherty is a Senior Human Resources professional with nearly 25 years of increasing responsibilities, cumulating as the head of Human Resources for a mid-sized Texas Utility. A graduate of the US Navy Nuclear Power School, Shawn spent half of his career in utility generation before moving into the corporate environment focusing on Labor and Employe Relations, including the role as Chief Negotiator for the largest electric utility in Texas. Shawn’s many experiences included all Human Resource disciplines, Health Services, Nuclear Plant Access and Fitness for Duty, Executive Coaching and Leadership & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Legislative Affairs.
