JIM WILLIAMS is a seasoned Employee/Labor Relations professional with over 30 years experience in HR, leadership development, contract administration, grievance handling and arbitration. Jim brings many years of management experience in numerous areas. Jim’s experience included roles in merger and acquisition due diligence, contract negotiations including chief negotiator, executive coaching, change management and training for all levels of leadership. He also has experience with apprenticeships programs and safety committees. Jim has trained union stewards and union leadership in labor relations, grievance handling and negotiations.
